INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

Registrations will be possible as long as there are tickets available.
On the morning of the 18 April, you can still enroll in St. Mark’s Square if there are tickets left.

Registration costs

ticket for the walk only: € 6,00

Charity programme
Any profit from the income of the walk will be assigned to charity.

GROUP REGISTRATION

You need to fill in the appropriate form on which you have to declare:
- the name of the group
- address of its headquarters
- name and surname of the group leader, his/her address and telephone number
All tickets will have to be collected by the group leader, together with a stamped and signed copy of the above mentioned form. This form will have to be presented in St. Mark’s Square on the day of the walk in order to collect the prize.
Only the original form will be accepted - no photocopies allowed.

SPECIAL PRIZE FOR SCHOOLS in memory of Fr. Dino Berti
All schools participating with more than 100 enrolled people will be given a € 200 voucher to buy educational or sports material.

FOLK GROUP CONTEST

A folk group is an expression of its own historic origins or life experience. Folk groups are kindly requested to conform to the motto of the walk "thirty years of friendship".
The group should be formed by a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 50 people plus three leaders. The maximum number of folk groups allowed to participate in the event is 10.

How to book:
Send a letter or fax to Su e Zo Office stating the following: name of the group; list of group members; a picture; a programme of the show; names and surnames of 2 group managers; address and telephone number.

Registration costs € 100,00.
The organization will present each group with a commemorative plaque and group members will have the opportunity of a free meal.

All groups arriving in Venice with a private coach will need to stop at the check points. By showing the event registration form they will pay a reduced parking fare of € 40,00.

GROUP REGISTRATION BY FAX, MAIL OR E-MAIL

Groups coming from distant places or from abroad, with a minimum of 20 people, can register to the "Su e Zo" event by fax, mail or e-mail, simply by contacting the Coordination Centre and stating the following:
group name; number of participants; group leader's name, surname, address and telephone number; a bank transfer receipt will need to be attached.
All requests will have to be delivered to the Coordination Centre by Wednesday, 7 April 2010.
Please keep your receipt of payment and the confirmation you will receive from the Coordination Centre either by fax or email: you are required to present these documents at St. Mark's Square ticket stand on the day of the event in order to collect your set of tickets.
